 Standard Post Mounted System
The system comprises of a heavy gauge aluminium pole to which the banner is sleeved. The pole is secured into a steel electro-plated bracket with a removable plated locking pin. Plastic collars retain the banner from both sides (see our table below for safety limitations to size of banner).
The standard post-mounted banner pole system is designed for use on round lamp columns or similar vertical supports (from 75mm-150mm diameter) fixed by means of stainless steel banding or our new reusable Sign-torque* clip located in the formed recess of the bracket.
Max Banner Width 915mm
The banner can be fitted on its own or in pairs. The outside diameter (OD) of the banner pole is 27mm (circumference 84mm). To comfortably accommodate the banner pole the loop or pocket stitched into the banner should be no less than 65mm in width.

The system comprises of a heavy gauge aluminium pole to which the banner is sleeved. The pole is secured into a steel electro-plated bracket with a removable plated locking pin. Plastic collars retain the banner from both sides (see our table below for safety limitations to size of banner).
The wall mount bracket is 75mm wide and 130mm deep. It has 4 pre-drilled holes suitable for M8 fixings. We can supply the M8 sleeve anchor bolts at 55mm or 70mm long.

Self Tensioning System
Here is a true self-tensioning banner system th at is low cost, high value, very effective and displays your graphics to their best effect whatever the weather. The standard system is good but does not compensate for expansion of PVC due to wind and heat. This leads to a ‘slap’ factor that can destroy both the banner and the fittings. Our self-tensioning system helps to alleviate these problems. Easy to install, easy to adjust.
Banners using this self-tensioning method have to be made in a special way. We will gladly quote you for a blank banner or to finish your preprinted banners to this specification when being fitted to this system.
